Wish List Kindle 2 Features

Text to speech, Five way control, wireless download, iPhone – ipod touch sync….no doubt these are all attractive kindle 2 features.

…but what would make it even more attractive?

I would love to be able switch from an e-ink screen to a colored one, especially when viewing pictures, magazines, and blogs.

In other words, make those content more like the original. I am used to enjoying colorful magazines, pictures, and blogs. Books and newspapers are fine in e-ink display, but not pictures. I want choices.

…and how about a touch screen? the ability to navigate the device with a touch of the fingers. To me that’s faster and more efficient as oppose to using that five-way control to click, search, and find content. It takes up too much time.

Landscape view is another enticing feature for reading large document.

A virtual keypad similar to that of the iPod would do more good than harm. With this added feature, one could get rid of the ‘static’ keypad and use the space for more screen view without even messing with the dimension of the device.

I don’t know if I am asking for too much but those are just some of the things I would love to see on Kindle 2.

What about you? what do you think? let us know your thoughts.
