Apart from the fact that the iLiad is equipped for Wi-Fi connection for wireless content download, both devices utilizes the Computer for content download via USB cable as well.

PRS-505 has a lot more capacity for expansion.

Both devices syncs seamlessly with the computer for USB content download. iLiad utilizes Wi-Fi network for content download as well, PRS-505 does not.
